SKARE receives its raw materials from EU-approved abattoirs in Denmark, Holland, Germany and Austria. Everything SKARE receives is the subject of special selection at suppliers? and is handled in accordance with precise stipulations on abattoir hygiene, temperature, etc. On arrival at SKARE, all items are checked for temperature and pH value, after which they are subjected to careful quality selection to ensure the uniform quality of finished products.
